 Today we made macarons and it was easier than expected. We made the batter for the actual macaron, and the filling. My group did matcha flavored but other groups did pistachio and strawberry. The macaron batter is made of almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and we used green food dye. After the macarons finished, we decorated them with edible markers, glitter, and food dye. After decorating, we cleaned up.
